Pickup:

If you selected the contactless pickup option, your flowers will be available for Pickup by the bamboo gate (our pickup stand got crused by a tree and we have not had the oppertunity to build a new one). You will receive the address in your confirmation email sent after purchase.

Pickup hours are Monday - Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Delivery: 

We conduct our deliveries Monday - Saturday there is no delivery available on Sundays. Delivery hours are Monday - Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please contact us for a custom quote for west side delivery.

Floral subscription deliveries will happen every Thursday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Delivery days may be subject to change.

It is the responsibility of the client to provide information about a safe location to leave the delivery, preferably in a shaded area out of the wind and rain. Items left in a safe place are done so at the customers own risk. Waiakoa Wildflowers is not responsible for any damaged or stolen items after delivery.

To insure your flowers are left in a safe location, please fill out your detailed delivery information at checkout.  

Tips for Transport:

Flowers thrive best when kept in water throughout transport. We suggest you bring a bucket/jar with a few inches of water so that your Growers Choice Bouquet stays fresh. It is also important to keep your flowers out of direct sunlight, heat, and extreme drafts. Flowers last best when placed in a clean vase free of bacteria. Be sure to refresh you flower water daily and trim each stem for ultimate freshness.

Shipping:

USPS standard is shipping is available for dry goods only. Please send us a message if you wish to custom order and ship fresh Lei to the Mainland.
