Terms of Service

Within the Terms Of Service the descriptors “US”, “OUR”, and “WE” are directly referencing Waiakoa Wildflowers.

The content on waiakoawildflowers.com is subject to change without notice.   

Considering our connection to seasonality, we will not be able to provide a particular flower at a specific moment of the year. All of our flowers are seasonal and our content images are a representation of general size and style, not the variety of flowers. We are happy to work with you on a color palette for your event and we will strive to connect your vision with nature’s abundance. 

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. Waiakoa Wildflowers is not required to fulfill any order without proper notice of 48 hours. 

We maintain the right to refuse service to anyone.

All Sales are Final.

Cancellation & Refund

Waiakoa Wildflowers is not responsible to refund or replace any products purchased on waiakoawildflowers.com. Flowers are a perishable item and the customer herein assumes responsibility for the product after delivery or pickup has occurred.

If for some reason you must cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances, Waiakoa Wildflowers is not required to refund your order.

If Waiakoa Wildflowers is unable to fulfill your order we will gladly refund or reschedule. 

Delivery

We conduct our deliveries Monday - Saturday, there is no delivery available on Sundays.

Delivery days may be subject to change.

It is the responsibility of the client to provide information about a safe location to leave the delivery, preferably in a shaded area out of the wind and rain.  Items left in a safe location are done so at the customers own risk. Waiakoa Wildflowers is not responsible for any damaged or stolen items after delivery.  

Floral subscription deliveries will happen every Thursday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Purchasing

By purchasing a floral service subscription you authorize Waiakoa Wildflowers to bill your credit card every month for the interval you have selected. You will be able to designate the frequency of deliveries for specific products. All Subscription items are billed monthly. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

By purchasing through waiakoawildflowers.com you are agreeing that the information you provide for billing and payment is “up-to-date” and correct. You are in-turn acknowledging that it is within your legal right to use such information for payment. 

Privacy

Waiakoa Wildflowers does not use your information for anything beyond what is expressly used for payment, services pertaining to shipping, delivery, to manage subscription orders, and for basic data analysis.

Liability

Waiakoa Wildflowers will not assume liability for any personal injury caused by the use of its products.
